We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic DeFi Analyst to join our team, bringing expertise in blockchain analytics and a passion for advancing decentralized finance. You will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, deriving actionable insights to support our customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our innovative platform.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver insights and recommendations to our customers, leveraging Chaos’ methodologies and simulation platform.
- Analyze complex datasets, apply statistical techniques, and translate data into valuable insights, producing ongoing reports.
- Create and present data visualizations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Participate in the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to tackle complex business challenges.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in data analysis and blockchain technology.
- Develop expertise in the protocol design and mechanics of various DeFi protocols.
- Read and interpret smart contracts and analyze blockchain transactions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in web3.
- Excitement around crypto/web3 and desire to truly integrate yourself into the ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience in modeling or analyzing DeFi protocols.
- Excellent SQL knowledge.
- Proficient in Python coding.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and lead various projects to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Based in and able to work from our New York or Tel Aviv offices.
- B.S in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent.
